The initial design cost charged by them was later adjusted in the final cost, which was convenient. Over the course of that year, I made numerous changes to the design, and the Area Planz Design team patiently accommodated every request, continually refining the plan until it was finalized. I highly recommend utilizing their design services upfront, as it proved to be immensely beneficial. Area Planz Design boasts a talented design team and efficient site workers who consistently delivered on time. While there were occasional delays due to unforeseen constraints like labor shortages and site conditions, Area Planz Design remained dedicated and sincere in their efforts. Recently, after purchasing a 7-year-old flat in NIBM Pune, I reached out to Ms. Bindiya for assistance with the renovation. Together, we created a comprehensive checklist outlining the necessary changes and improvements for the house. From that point forward, Ms. Bindiya took full control of the project, and I didn't need to follow up even once. Upon visiting the house recently, I was pleasantly surprised to witness a complete transformation. Vedang2024-03-25My wife and I decided to renovate our house with the kitchen being the centerpiece of the project. We visited a number of companies but we never walked out of any of the meetings thinking that it was productive. It felt like they were trying to sell their cabinets and other wares instead of the concept. It never felt like they were listening to what we wanted. Ms Bindiya was the first person who owns Area Planz Design, who didn’t initially talk product but rather ideas and concepts.The first couple meetings we had with her were for the purpose of just getting to know each other. She wanted to get to know us, our likes & dislikes. From these initial conversations, we sat down with her and she’d have the current layout of our house on a table. She would then lay some tracing paper on top of it and would start throwing ideas at us. She’d sketch suggestions on top of our current configuration while continually asking us questions. There were a number of crumpled papers tossed into the garbage. We (I can’t strongly emphasize this point!) finally came up with a new layout. We were completely involved in the concept phase. From that point forward, Bindiya and her team completed the architectural drawings based on our concepts and sketches, managed the project and all of its phases. Even now, they’re making sure that the last few things are completed properly and to the specifications that we had asked for. From concept to finished project, we now have our dream home that we always wanted.

Bindiya and her team really helped to minimize the stress of such a big renovation. Bindiya was there every step of the way from initial drawings to design choices to working with all of the different trades. Bindiya's commitment to our project and attention to detail made the whole renovation process seamless. Our house is more beautiful than we could have ever imagined! Avantika Singh2024-03-24We worked with Area Planz Design on a major kitchen renovation project in April 2019. We also had the floor on the second level of our home reinstalled with cork along with some minor renovations to one of the bedrooms. We are not handy people so it was important for us to get a sense of being able to trust the person who would handle the project. Bindiya met this need and so much more. Bindiya spent time with us to understand the how, why and what we were trying to change in our home. We felt at ease after our first meeting with her, when she dissuaded us from renovating our staircase (which she was prepared to do if we insisted) as she felt that it would not further our vision, particularly in view of how much it would cost. We really appreciated this advice as it demonstrated to us that she cared about the project not only aesthetically but also from a practical and budget perspective. As in any renovation project, there were glitches along the way, such as difficulty acquiring the right type of materials, determining that something could not be installed the way it was envisioned etc. Bindiya was always quick to come up with alternative viable suggestions, while keeping the original design in mind. She is creative with solutions to problems, all while making you feel included in the problem solving process. Bindiya treats the project like it is a renovation of her own home. She is quality conscious and was not satisfied until we were and more significantly, until she herself was happy with the end result. Area Planz Design's team who worked on our project were also wonderful. They were always pleasant, courteous and worked hard to complete the project within the proposed time frame. We would retain Area Planz Design again in a heartbeat for any future projects.
Diksha Chetiwal2024-03-24Your “DREAM HOME” is just that….a beautiful dream that (for many) once in a lifetime can be converted to reality. You have worked hard and want to ensure that all the toil, sweat and blood returns multiple fold in value. The challenge is managing the gap between ‘DREAM’ & ‘REALITY” and getting an expert to minimize/ nullify this. So we got this real estate in Pune which we wanted to call our ‘DREAM HOME’. A fabulous construction 4 BHK luxurious flat, 3200 sqft nested in about 49 acres of sprawling magnificence of a community. So expectations were sky high to say the least. Similar to searching for a marriage alliance, me and my wife embarked on this journey of evaluating suitable prospects who would convert our ‘DREAM’ to ‘REALITY’. After almost a year of reviews, meetings with various parties, we realized we were looking for a curator who would in the first place help us create the dream. Most of them were very professional in their approach but we still felt something amiss. That’s when we met with AREA PLANZ DESIGN. The best part we liked was that we met in their offices which had conf rooms, was more like a workshop with architects/designers at their desks going about their tasks, heated debates between teams etc, …this we felt was genuine and more about ACTION. So with my wife’s nod of approval, we went ahead with AREA PLANZ DESIGN. The interactions, meetings were inclusive, intense with no limits and that’s how it should be …after all you are CREATING YOUR DREAM! The beauty was that we actually understood the technical language, all credit to the team. With their patience, they even helped unearth our creativity to the max. The USP of AREA PLANZ DESIGN was that they believed they wanted to be trend setters, out of the box thinkers and yet deliver an eye-popping concept. Working with them has been a pleasure to say the least. Bindiya had the passion that helped unleash possibilities she with her maturity, tons of experience was a huge influence and guide. Kuldeep on site with his ‘never say die’ attitude and extraordinary commitment - made things happen. So the above, if treated as ingredients, would make a perfect recipe for a ‘DREAM HOME CREATORS’. In the end, I apologize for such a long review, but couldn’t help it. I am a globetrotter and despite all the 5 star hotels I have been to all these years, it's on my return home that I truly appreciate luxury which coupled with family is all you ever need. AREA PLANZ DESIGN, way to go team and we expect the same support in terms of after sales. If I ever have another opportunity in this lifetime of dreaming again, you guys will surely be part of it.
